Beyond Tomorrow is a project of Impactful Harvest that helps households plan for the “what if” — documents, accounts, wishes and continuity instructions for loved ones. Right now this site offers educational content, a waitlist for upcoming add-ons, paid consultations, and a small course library.

We are not attorneys, financial advisors, or licensed insurance brokers. Content and consultations are for personal planning and education only; they are not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Please consult a licensed professional for advice about your specific situation.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you share and for anything done from an inbox you control. You may unsubscribe from any email with one click; we’ll still send you transactional messages (booking confirmations, receipts) when needed.

You agree not to abuse our forms, referral system, or invite tools — e.g. no bulk fake signups, no unsolicited spamming through the “invite a guest” feature. We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards obtained by such means.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number. If you choose an installment plan, subsequent charges are billed automatically on the schedule shown at checkout. You’re responsible for keeping the card on file valid.

Presale purchases lock in the launch discount even if the price later changes. Delivery dates are estimates; if we miss a committed date by more than 90 days you may request a full refund.

• Consultations — free cancellation and full refund up to 24 hours before the booked slot. Later than that, we’ll do our best to reschedule you.
• Digital add-ons and workbooks — non-refundable once delivered.
• Courses (Before Goodbye) — 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date, provided fewer than three modules have been completed.

Rewards are earned when someone signs up through your unique referral code. Each reward has an expiry (30 days by default; one 15-day extension available) and can be claimed once. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or ended with reasonable notice.

All copy, imagery, workbook templates, and course materials are owned by Impactful Harvest or licensed to us. You may quote or share short excerpts with attribution; please write to us before republishing anything in full.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Beyond Tomorrow and Impactful Harvest are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be brought to good-faith resolution by email; unresolved disputes may be settled in the courts of Washington, DC.

We may update these terms occasionally. Meaningful changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
