Privacy Policy

A quiet promise about your information.

Last updated July 2026. Estate planning is intimate work — the same care we bring to your household’s continuity applies to the data you share with us.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, book a consultation, or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you willingly share — typically your name, email, phone number, and any notes about the topic that matters to your household. If you complete a purchase, our payment partner Stripe processes card data on secure infrastructure we never touch.

Basic technical signals (IP, device type, referring page, opened emails) are logged so we can improve the experience and measure how our messages are received.

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm bookings, send calendar invites, nurture you with a small number of thoughtful emails, deliver rewards from our referral program, and answer questions you send our way.

We use lightweight A/B testing to see which email tone lands best. Nothing is sold, ever. We do not run behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

A short list of trusted partners help us operate:

  • Resend — transactional and nurture email delivery
  • Stripe — secure payments and receipts
  • MongoDB Atlas — encrypted database hosting

We share only what each partner needs to complete their job, and each is bound by their own privacy commitments.

Your controls

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You may write to us at admin@impactfulharvest.com to request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or delete your record entirely. Requests are honored within seven business days.

How to request deletion (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request permanent removal of your account and personal data. The fastest way is our self-service form — it goes straight into our review queue and you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s complete (typically within three business days).

Prefer to write us directly? Email admin@impactfulharvest.com with the subject line “Delete my data” and we’ll take care of it. Financial receipts are kept in fully-anonymized form as required by tax and accounting law; everything else is removed.

Retention & security

Waitlist entries and booking records are kept while your relationship with us is active, plus twenty-four months after last contact so we can honor rewards and follow-ups. Anonymized analytics may be kept longer. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS), and at rest through our hosting providers.

Children

Beyond Tomorrow is designed for adults planning for their families. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a parent believes their child has shared data with us, please email us and we will remove it promptly.

Updates to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we’ll post the revised policy here and note the change date. Continued use of the site after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
